Replacing builder’s van security locks

Watford Car Keys recently helped a North Watford builder who had bought a second-hand van.

The seller of the Vauxhall Vivaro van hadn’t passed on the keys for the van security locks on the side, back and front doors.

We did a first visit we’re we measured the key hole, then went back a couple of days later to remove the rusted back door security lock and replace it with a new one.

A hard key replacement job – but I persevered!

There were quite a few problems, as it had rusted and was seized up, but I persevered – I’d got the correct new van locks for it.

The builder even suggested that it might be ok to not complete the job, but I know that I’d be able to find a way.

Very rainy, the guy was on a deadline, so I needed to work fast to get the van security locks installed.
