I will show you some of the steps required to make a new Honda Jazz key

First need to make sure we have the right remote, there are thousands of different types out there.

check part numbers, also scan the immobiliser chip and check the remote frequency to confirm.

Next its onto the programming of the transponder chip of the key, we connect out magical equipment and access the security system of the car. Pin codes are always required to do programming on vehicles, the are several ways to obtain them, we obtained it diagnostically in this instance.

The remote control buttons are automatically programmed at the same time, oftentimes they will need to be programmed separately. Test both keys to start the car and make sure both remote buttons work, excellent!!! The new Honda Jazz key now starts the car.

Now we can cut the emergency blade for the remote. Normally we would have to cut the blade first as we would need to turn the new key in the ignition to programme it, however as this is a smart key the ignition is activated by the push start button so we can do this step afterwards.

Next, we test our freshly cut blade in the door to make sure it works nicely and smoothly. Great success!!!
